Disappointed

"Not very happy with my last visit to close. I asked for a specific braiding hair even showed a video. I was sold the wrong hair I opened one pack so I was unable to return it. I bought styling product could return those because the clerk Saud the cap was missing I never took the product out of the bag when I got home so nothing should have been missing. I returned the hair and bought a wig. I wasn't able to buy any of the wigs I wanted because all the colors on the showroom you don't carry in the back. So I had to settle for a wig colour I didn't want. That wig lasted 2 weeks before it became trash I've shopped here over ten years my last five visits have been unsatisfactory."
