1. General

Cloré Inc. (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates this website and offers its products and services to you, the user, conditional upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including any referenced policies.


2. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue items at any time or remove listings for products we no longer carry. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and issue a refund if applicable.


3. Pricing & Promotions

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.

Promotional prices will clearly state a start and end date. These are temporary offers and not indicative of permanent markdowns. Products marked with ongoing lower pricing without a promotional context are not permitted.

Cloré reserves the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or violates promotional limits.


4. Payment Terms

We accept the following secure payment methods:

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Shop Pay

Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL):

  • Afterpay

When using PayPal, your transaction is protected through PayPal’s secure gateway. You may check out as a guest using a linked card or bank account.

All BNPL transactions are subject to approval by their respective providers. Please consult Afterpay’s website for detailed repayment schedules and terms.


5. Shipping

We currently ship within Canada only. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Please allow for potential delays during peak periods or holidays.

We are not liable for carrier delays, customs clearance issues, or shipping disruptions beyond our control.


Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Cloré Beauty purchase. Please review our return policy based on your payment method.


1. Standard Returns

🔁 Afterpay Orders
Customers who completed their purchase using Afterpay are entitled to return their items within 14 days of delivery, as per their policies. Items must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Store credit and restocking fees are not permitted for these transactions.
Clearance items are excluded.

🔁 All Other Payment Methods (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay)
We accept returns within 30 days from the original purchase date. Items must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, or store credit may be issued upon request. No restocking fees will apply.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Wigs and hair extensions (if worn or tampered with)

  • Opened cosmetics

  • Clearance items

  • Gift cards


3. How to Initiate a Return

Please include your order number, reason for return, and the payment method used. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.


4. Ingredients Transparency

All cosmetic product pages will include full ingredient lists in accordance with regulatory guidelines. If an ingredient list is missing, please contact us before purchase.
