Important Update on Your Delivery

Due to an ongoing labour disruption at Canada Post, you may experience some shipping delays. Rest assured, we’re pulling out all the stops to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We’ve teamed up with alternative carriers like Fleet Optics and ICS Express, UniUni to cover major metro areas.
For customers outside these regions, delays may still occur, but we’re committed to keeping you informed every step of the way. While expedited shipping options are available, they won’t speed things up during this period.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these challenges. Stay tuned for updates on shipping options and timing. Thank you for being part of our community—we’re on it!

 

All orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), Monday – Friday 10am-4pm using Canada Post and FlashBox.

Orders for in-stock merchandise placed before 9 AM EST Monday-Friday will begin processing the same day.
Orders placed after 9 AM EST Monday-Thursday will begin processing the next business day.
Orders placed after 9 AM EST on Friday will begin processing the following business day Monday.

All orders to be shipped will be provided with a tracking number and delivery confirmation

If a merchandise is out of stock (backordered), then you will be notified via Email with three (3) options:
1. Replace the backordered merchandise for merchandise that are in stock, and any difference in costs will be calculated and updated.
2. Receive a refund on the backordered merchandise, and process the order with the merchandise that are in stock, and any difference in costs will be calculated and updated.
3. Cancel your order and receive a full refund, including all shipping and handling charges.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delievery due to errors in the address that you provide.

We use Expedited Parcel as our basic shipping.

* Delivery standards are within business days for items sent between major urban centres and are dependent upon origin and destination. All Canada Post services (including without limitation, on-time delivery guarantees) are subject to terms and conditions.

Domestic in Canada Shipping Details

We offer FREE shipping on orders over $75 before tax for domestic orders. 
Some locations are excluded from free shipping on orders over $75 - live shipping rates apply to the area 
Unfortunately, shipping to P.O. boxes and Airdrop (airline freight) are not eligible for free shipping.

International Shipping
