Shipping Policy
Order Processing and Shipping Time
- All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), Monday – Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM using various carriers such as:
- Canada Post, ICS, UniUni, eCom Logistics, Fleet Optics Ground, UPS, and Purolator.
Order Processing Times
- Orders placed before 9 AM EST (Monday-Friday): Processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 9 AM EST (Monday-Thursday): Processed the next business day.
- Orders placed after 9 AM EST on Friday: Processed the following Monday.
🔹 All orders will be provided with a tracking number and delivery confirmation.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email with three (3) options:
- Replace the backordered item with an in-stock item. Any difference in cost will be calculated and updated.
- Receive a refund for the backordered item and proceed with the rest of the order. Any cost difference will be calculated and updated.
- Cancel your order and receive a full refund, including all shipping and handling charges.

Please ensure you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided.

- Expedited Parcel is our basic shipping method.
- Delivery times do not include processing time (1-3 business days).
- Delivery standards apply within business days for items sent between major urban centers.
- Canada Post services are subject to their terms and conditions, including on-time delivery guarantees.
- Additional coverage is available for a fee.

DUTY CHARGES FOR U.S. ORDERS
Starting from March 4, 2025, U.S. orders may be subject to duty charges due to changes in tariff laws.
Duty fees will depend on the origin of the items, and if the package is selected to be inspected, there are chances to pay duty.
Domestic Shipping Details (Canada)
- FREE shipping is available on orders over $75 before tax for domestic orders.
- Exclusions: Some locations are excluded from free shipping, and live shipping rates apply in these cases.
- P.O. Boxes & Air drop (airline freight) are not eligible for free shipping.
