Cloré Return, Exchange & Price Match Policy

Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days with a valid receipt and original payment at any Cloré location.
  • Items must be in original condition (unopened, sealed, and unused).
  • For hygiene and safety, all items will be carefully inspected by staff.

Final Sale (No Returns or Exchanges)

  • Clearance items ending in $0.97
  • All wigs and ponytails
    If reported defective within 48 hours, we will honour an exchange or store credit only. No refunds.
  • Opened / non-sealed products, including:
    • Hair products (braiding hair, extensions, hair care)
    • Skin care and cosmetics
    • General merchandise
  • Jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
  • Electrical tools & appliances – 30-day in-store warranty for exchange only (no refunds)

Product Irritation or Reaction Claims

Opened or used products, including hair care, hair chemicals, skin care, cosmetics, spray bottles, jars, tubes, pump bottles, and similar merchandise, are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or credit once opened, unsealed, used, or tampered with.

If a customer reports irritation, an allergic reaction, or another adverse reaction after using a product, the customer should discontinue use and consult a medical professional.

Cloré may review the case as an exception only if the customer provides:

  • Original proof of purchase
  • Name of the item
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Written confirmation from a medical professional regarding the reported irritation or reaction, including whether it may be related to use of the product

Medical documentation is used only for review purposes and does not automatically confirm a product defect or guarantee a refund, exchange, or store credit. The request will be reviewed by Customer Care or management.

For product formula, ingredient, batch, or manufacturer-related concerns, customers may also be advised to contact the product manufacturer directly, as the manufacturer is best positioned to review product-specific concerns.

Price Match Promise

We will match the current retail price of an identical item (same brand/model number) from a local competitor’s printed or digital ad, provided the item is in stock.

Excludes: clearance items, promotions (BOGO, free gifts, bundles), preferred discounts, and certain online retailers (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.).
At our discretion, we may match local Canadian beauty supply stores.
