Welcome to cliq© perks, the official loyalty program from Cloré Beauty Supply Ltd. These Terms and Conditions explain how the program works, including how to earn and redeem points, upgrade your status, and more. By enrolling, you agree to everything outlined here.

These terms work alongside Cloré Beauty’s general Terms & Conditions.


1. Eligibility & Enrollment

The Program is open to legal residents of Canada who are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate.

You may join:

Each person may register for only one account. Accounts are non-transferable and for personal use only.


2. Earning Points

Points are earned on eligible purchases (excluding tax, shipping, tips, and gift cards).

3.1 Bonus Point Activities

4. Redeeming Points

Redeem points for discounts on purchases:

  • 1,000 points = $1.00 off
  • 5,000 points = $5.00 off
  • 10,000 points = $10.00 off

Redemption Notes:

  • Minimum redemption: 1,000 points
  • Points have no cash value and are non-transferable
  • Points cannot be used for taxes or gift cards

5. Tier Status

Tier status is based on annual spend (Jan 1 – Dec 31). Once you qualify for a higher tier, it remains active for the rest of the year plus the next year. If spend isn’t met next year, your tier may reset.


6. Expiration Policy

All points will expire if there is no account activity (such as earning or redeeming points) for a consecutive period of 24 months.

Activity includes making a purchase, redeeming points, referring a friend, or completing a qualifying engagement (e.g., following Cloré on TikTok or Instagram). Accounts with no qualifying activity within this period will forfeit all accumulated points. Expired points cannot be reinstated.


7. Returns & Refunds

If you return a purchase for a full refund, any points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account. If you used points toward that purchase, your refund will be reduced to account for the redeemed points’ value. For partial returns, points will be deducted proportionally. If your point balance is insufficient, your account may go negative until future activity offsets it. Cloré may adjust point balances after returns, exchanges, or cancellations and may request receipts to verify adjustments.


8. Limitations & Exclusions

  • No points on gift cards, taxes, shipping, services, or promotional items
  • One account per person
  • Fraud, abuse, or duplicate accounts may result in termination

9. Privacy & Data

Your participation is subject to Cloré’s Privacy Policy. By joining, you agree to the collection and use of your data to manage rewards and communications.


10. Changes & Termination

Cloré may update, pause, or cancel the Program or these Terms at any time. Unused points or rewards may be forfeited.


11. Legal Terms

  • Points have no cash value
  • The Program is void where prohibited by law
  • Governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable Canadian federal laws
