Official Rules and Regulations

Cloré “Cloré’s $1,000 Holiday Giveaway” Giveaway Contest – 2025

1. SPONSOR

The Cloré “Cloré’s $1,000 Holiday Giveaway” Giveaway (the “Contest”) is sponsored and administered by Cloré Beauty Supply, headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario.

2. CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest begins on December 2, 2025, and ends on December 24, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) (the "Contest Period"). The Grand Prize draw will take place on or about December 27, 2025.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and immediate family members (or people residing in the same household) of Cloré Beauty Supply, its affiliates, agents, advertising and promotional agencies and suppliers are not eligible to participate or win.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) ways to enter the Contest during the Contest Period. Limit: one (1) entry per person per day, regardless of method of entry. Additional bonus entries may be earned through promotional engagement as outlined below.

A) PURCHASE ENTRY (LOYALTY PROGRAM MEMBERS)

Entrants who make a purchase in-store or online using their Cloré Rewards loyalty account will automatically receive one (1) entry per day during the Contest Period.

  • Eligible purchases must be made at Cloré retail locations or online at https://clorebeauty.com while logged into a Cloré Rewards account.
  • Only one purchase-based entry per person per day will be counted.
  • Entries are automatically tracked through the Cloré Rewards platform (powered by Yotpo) and matched to the customer’s registered email address.

B) NO PURCHASE ENTRY (FREE METHOD)

To enter the Contest without making a purchase, participants may complete the Official Contest Entry Form available at: Contest Entry Form . Participants must provide:

  • Full Name
  • Valid Email Address
  • Confirmation of agreement to the contest rules
  • A correct answer to a mathematical skill-testing question (to be administered by the Sponsor)

Limit: one (1) free entry per person per day. Free entries are treated equally to purchase-based entries for the purpose of winner selection.

5. PRIZE DESCRIPTION

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

  • 1,000,000 Cloré Loyalty Points, equivalent to $1,000 CAD in value
  • Points will be credited directly to the winner’s cliq perks account

The prize must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternative or substitution is permitted, except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

6. WINNER SELECTION

On or about December 27, 2025, one (1) eligible entrant will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Contest Period.

The selected entrant will be notified via the email address provided and must:

  • Respond within (24) hours.
  • Correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question (see Section 7).
  • Comply with all eligibility requirements.

Failure to meet these conditions will result in disqualification and another eligible entry will be drawn.

7. SKILL-TESTING QUESTION (MANDATORY)

In accordance with Canadian law, the selected winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, unaided and within a limited time, before being confirmed as the prize winner.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Cloré, which are final. Cloré reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules. The Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, or software failures; lost or unavailable network connections; or failed, incomplete, or delayed entries.

9. PRIVACY

All personal information collected will be used for the purposes of administering this Contest. No information will be shared with third parties, except as required to fulfill the prize.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. The Contest is governed by the laws of Canada and is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec.

11. WINNER LIST

The name of the confirmed winner may be posted on Cloré’s website, social media, or promotional materials, subject to the winner’s consent.
