"I purchased the Pure 9pcs Clip-On Extensions in December alongside other products. To my surprise and disappointment, the clip-on extensions I received are of noticeably low quality and appear to be made from fake hair that does not align with how the product was marketed. I am struggling to understand why a product originally priced at $209. 99, and advertised on sale for $66. 37 would be sold to loyal, long-standing customers under the representation of promotional sales. This experience falls significantly short of the standards I have come to expect from your store. This situation is extremely disappointing, and I believe it warrants escalation. I strongly encourage your customer service leadership to review this matter and provide a clear explanation, along with an appropriate resolution. Long-term customers should not feel misled or undervalued due to poor product quality and lack of accountability.
