"Totally unreasonable people. Bought a 2 shampoos instead of shampoo and conditioner realized 2 days later and went to EXCHANGE. The manager said NO. I didn't even take the products out of my car. I also bought a hair steamer from them and the 2nd time I went to use it the "high" heat choice was not working and it made no sense trying to return it even though( I bought it jan 8th, 2026) I have refused to take my business there anymore. I have natural hair so I can buy my products from Walmart, shoppers, high and buy (downtown)or Sally's. If I could use NEGATIVE STARTS I WOULD."
