How to Use

1. Begin with clean, dry skin where you intend to apply the glitter (eyelids, brow bone, cheek highlight, etc.).

2. Apply a thin layer of the primer to that area — just enough to create a tacky surface.

3. While the primer is still tacky, press or pat your loose glitter or shimmer pigment onto the area.

4. Gently tap away any excess glitter, taking care not to smudge the base layer.

5. Finish the rest of your look. At the end of the day, remove with a suitable makeup remover or oil‑based cleanser to ensure all glitter is lifted safely.
