Just as Starbucks is synonymous with coffee, Cloré will be the household name in Black beauty—known for accessibility, trusted service, and deep community ties. Black beauty is our passion. We’re dedicated to building an inclusive community and inspiring beauty in every shade.This is our hedgehog—our driving purpose, our superpower—and it fuels our mission to be the best in the world at what we do. In order to accomplish this we will focus heavily on our Growth Flywheel — a dynamic cycle that drives growth and continually amplifies our impact. Each part of the Flywheel fuels the next: by delivering beauty solutions through amazing experiences, we can’t help but increase our brand awareness and customers served and then increase our sales and profit. When we increase our sales and profit, we can’t help but invest and build a team of A-players and expand, enhance and optimize our business. This cycle brings us ever closer to our BHAG, creating a brand that’s beloved, accessible, and empowering for everyone on their beauty journey.

As customers experience our top-tier service and products, word of mouth organically drives more traffic through their friends and family, expanding our community of loyal shoppers. To add fuel to the flame, our marketing efforts will help keep us top of mind for existing customers, and get leads to drive traffic from new customers, ultimately increasing the number of customers served.

As our team members grow, Cloré grows, opening more locations and ensuring that the retail stores have the best support they need from SSC, our Store Support Centre.
