Return within 30 days in original condition, with receipt from location of purchase

Refunds and Exchanges:
• Refund to same method of purchase
• Exchange may be at any location where item is sold

Only the location of purchase can give money back

Items on the list below are final sale:
• Clearance and discontinued items ending in $XX.97
• Half packs and display wigs
• Non-sealed chemicals and cosmetics, including chemicals that originally didn’t have a seal
• Unpackaged, loose merchandise (accessories and jewelry)
• Electrical tools and appliances have a 30 day in store warranty for manufacturer defects
