Flat Curls are Disappointing

The shipment was as promised, and quick. (Applause). Sadly, I think I got a sampler because it is tight and the curls at the front are flat. I can’t even do a side part with it or anything because the curls are flat. To give you the perfect image, you know when those White girls complain that their hair does not hold a curl, but they still do the curl and in minutes the curl is loosening? Yea… that is what is happening to me.b and this is fresh out the box did not wait to try it on or anything. Gently removed the packaging and… smh very very disappointed. I live too far from a Cloré store and I do not drive, so I’m stuck with it. It is nothing like what is shown on the internet or the card stock. I’m so sad by this purchase. I’m really tempted to right off online purchases of this kind. I’ll upload a picture or video later (if I can).
